The people behind the standard.
Kofi Tuglo and Richard Abonie have always felt most at home in Africa. Years of travelling for work took them across the continent, and on most of those trips they arrived as guests. Wherever they went, the welcome was warm. What varied, property to property, was whether that warmth was matched by a consistent, trained standard of service.
They founded Kofrich on that observation: the warmth was already there, and the standard could be built and taught alongside it. Today that same approach is delivered on-site, property by property, across South Africa and Ghana.
